Squire and Partners
Squire and Partners is an award-winning architectural practice who have been designing and executing buildings on key sites in the UK and internationally for over 35 years. Currently at the forefront of the prime residential market in London they have worked on the overall masterplan of the development as well as the design of One and Thirty Casson Square.
Patel Taylor
Patel Taylor have been involved with some of the UK’s largest urban regeneration projects. Their vision is to create a seamless integration of architecture, landscape and urban design principles.
Grid Architects
With a niche in residential design as architects and masterplanners, Grid provide expertise across a variety of project types from luxurious London apartments to strategic regeneration schemes. They are solely responsible for the design of Belvedere Gardens.
Townshend Landscape Architects
This practice has worked on several large public realm schemes in London and the UK. Their vision for Southbank Place was to create a place for people that is embedded in local distinctiveness and is delivered with a sustainable approach toward the design of public spaces.

Goddard Littlefair
Fusing a decade of collaboration between Martin Goddard and Jo Littlefair into one London based studio, Goddard Littlefair deliver the highest calibre interior design solutions across hotel, residential and landscaping both in the UK and internationally. Goddard Littlefair have designed the interiors of the apartments within Bevedere Gardens as well as the Southbank Place Health Club & Spa.
Johnson Naylor
Based in London, Johnson Naylor work internationally providing interior architecture, and three-dimensional design to a wide range of clients. Their work encompasses the private and public sector including residential development, gallery design and retail consultancy. Johnson Naylor have designed the apartment interiors of the One Casson Square and Thirty Casson Square apartments.
